Recruiters at product companies like Zoho, Freshworks, or Juspay, and at IT services firms, look for specific framework names (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, RestAssured) and evidence that your automation actually shifted quality metrics — not just 'wrote test cases'. ATS systems filter heavily on tool names and ISTQB certification. Engineers who can articulate how their test suite reduced defect escape rate, shortened release cycles, or blocked production incidents tell a much more compelling story than those who describe test-case counts alone.
