Using PaperKit means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you accept on its behalf.

PaperKit is provided free of charge, on an as-is basis. We may add, change, or remove features at any time without notice.

You own everything you write. Your resume is stored in your own browser and not in any database of ours, so you are responsible for keeping your own copy. The one time your content reaches our servers is when you download a PDF: it is rendered in memory and discarded immediately, and we claim no rights over it. The Privacy Policy describes that step in full.

Do not use PaperKit to break the law, to misrepresent your identity, or to disrupt the service for others.

We work hard to keep PaperKit accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, PaperKit is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including any hiring outcome.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
