- Is PaperKit really free? +
- Yes — building, editing, and downloading as a PDF are free. No trial, no card, no upsell.
- Do I need to create an account? +
- No. There is no sign-up. Open the editor and start; your work is saved in your browser.
ATS & templates
- Will my resume pass an ATS? +
- Every template is single-column and parsable. The live score flags anything a scanner might misread.
- Can I switch templates later? +
- Yes. Switch any time from the editor — your content carries over and the score updates instantly.
On mobile
- Does it work on my phone? +
- It is built mobile-first and runs well on mid-range Android phones over capped data.
- Can I download a PDF on mobile? +
- Yes. Use your browser's print or share action to save a clean PDF directly on your phone.
Data & privacy
- Where is my data stored? +
- In your browser, using sessionStorage. It never leaves your device unless you download the PDF.
- Do you sell my data? +
